This stuff WORKS! I was skeptical. I was getting 1-2 plugged ducts a week, OUCH! Ended up exclusive pumping (a really painful latcher), able to relive the pain in no less then 4 hours and attached to a heating pad! I wanted something to repel this debilitating pain. A GF suggested these, been on it for 8 weeks and no plugged milk ducts ! I must have more sticky milk then some I assume. I started with 2 pills a day one in the morning and at night. If I skipped one dose I got a plugged duct. So now I take two in the morning and one at night for good measure! I occasionally skip the night dose with no plugged ducts. Oh and I also get more milk production, maybe cause it thins my milk i can get it all out. Like I said makes your milk less sticky Hopefully this helps you ! Happy breastfeeding ♡
