All parts received undamaged. Amazon packed the box inside another protective box. Everybody knows you use a HAIR DRYER TO REMOVE LABELS ON ANYTHING. I wanted to use the cover dots on the outside of the cabinet so I used a COUNTERSINK ( a drill-like accessory for a power screwdriver or drill, that makes a pocket for the screw head ). YOU MUST USE A COUNTERSINK ON THE HOLES IF YOU WANT THEM FLUSH. YOU CANNOT TIGHTEN THEM ENOUGH AND EXPECT THEM TO SINK INTO THE WOOD WITHOUT SNAPPING…. If you just want them to stay slightly raised, only snug them tight. When inserting a screw, rub the threads on a bar of soap to ease them in. When using the screwdriver, make sure it is perfectly straight up, so it does not send the threads through the side of the thin edges. IF IT STARTS CROOKED, REMOVE THE SCREW AND FILL THE HOLE WITH A TOOTH PICK OR SLIVER OF WOOD, then re-drive it. I have been successfully assembling D.I.Y furniture for decades without problems.
