So I thought this product wouldn't be a good fit for me, but boy was I wrong! I absolutely love it!!! I love not having to wear a tampon and pad and worry about leaking out. I'm always a heavy flow so not having to worry about it for 12 hours is FANTASTIC!! It was a bit difficult to figure out how to get to open up once inside, but once I got it figured out it was super easy to use. The only down side is i think i should had ordered a large because i really have to reach in to be able to grab the little pully thing. other than that it was a perfect fit! I even went dancing for 2 hours with it in with heavy flow, stayed in place perfectly with no problem. When i went to the bathroom you can feel it was there but it didn't move or hurt to go #1 or a #2. I love this cup and couldn't be happier that i finally broke down and bought it after one too many pairs of bloody underwear. :( Instead of dreading my period I can now look forward to them without worry. I love that they come with instructions on how to put it in and take out. If yours doesn't come in instructions its super easy! simply fold in half to form a U to insert, then to open it up inside you twist it with the pully thing, sometimes that won't twist it very much i had to use 2 fingers to kinda twist it let some air in to let it open up. To remove slide in a finger and push on the cup to let in more air to remove the vacuum like suction that it has, then pull on the pully thing and it'll slip right out. dump the blood out in the toilet and insert the other or wash the current one and reinsert. They're a nice soft silicone material that is perfect! They are easy to clean out after use, simple take one out and put in the other, wash out the other very well and place into the bag that they come with. but of course this is after you've sterilized them by boiling it for 3 minutes when you get them. and once your period is over just boil them again for 3 minutes. They say that every couple of years (i think it said 3) to replace them. So I will defiantly be buying these again! Sorry for the long review but i know i like to read the long reviews that have a ton of info in them to let you know about the product.
