To accurately use these "fiber" mascaras you do the following: 1) take a small cup and put very hot water in it. Place the transplanting gel tube into cup 2) apply your normal mascara. This serves as a base coat and works wonders 3) open the fibers tube and then grab the transplanting gel from hot water 4) apply transplanting gel to lashes. Be sure to coat good. 5) apply fibers. 6) wait about 45 seconds for fibers to gel not lashes 7) apply one more coat of transplanting gel to set the fibers (this will prevent fall out) I will then put the lid back on gel and place back into hot water, let my lashes set approx. 90 seconds and then repeat steps 3-7 again. This helps intensfy the look.
