DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT LAST MINUTE... I had an event at Paramount Studios. My first and I was excited. I wanted to get this right. I rushed to purchase this set. When I got it, the cross bar, which comes in two pieces, was stuck! 2 days before the event😩 I was up all night trying to get it out. I decided to spray cooking oil at the two ends and went to bed. When I woke up, I slid the inner pipe out. I read the reviews and had I done that first, I wouldn’t have purchased this item. It’s the price and the prime that gets you to buy it. After emailing the company about my experience, they could not refund my money because it was purchased through Amazon. Had I purchased directly from them they would have. Instead they sent me another pole kit to make it right. That cross bar too was damaged. They sent another to make that right. Now, the poles are $99 if you purchase directly from the company. The poles are light weight, the base plates are heavy, but I found out the hard way that if you’re event is outside, you still need weights on the base plates so your display does not blow over because it will. Because I had enough time for any mistakes, I chose to order directly from the manufacturer 3 more pole and drape kits. I’m building my business and I’m pretty happy with them. Do they have work to do as far as the product in the warehouse? Absolutely! And they are aware, but because they went above and beyond to make me satisfied and acknowledged the issue, and it was less expensive, I chose to go directly through them Incase there were any issues. So make sure if you’re trying it save a few dollars and you make room for any errors, go through the company. It’s time consuming going through Amazon when there’s a problem. To be fair, the folks in reviews that did have issues really did, but the folks that were happy with the product really are happy. This is the truth so keep in mind, the dollar you spend and the time you have for accidentals before your event😃
