No exaggeration; if you suffer from muscle or joint pain, you NEED this. My husband bought this because he was having the WORST neck/shoulder pain of his life. For starters, the packaging is professional and the quality of the cases is very nice. The tool it's self is very user friendly and feels very durable. I didn't do a 5 star on the battery life, because we haven't owned it long enough to find out yet, but wanted to jump on so I wouldn't forget. I live for reviews when I'm shopping, so I knew I needed to share. No one likes to spend money, but this was 100% worth it.
