It's A ok app. tho, I've been with Pluto TV long before their was any FREE A.V.O.D now that everyone and their cusine has A FREE A.V.O.D Its time that pluto take notes. I think grandma would get board with no real live tv broadcast channels. Pluto tv should add more Diginet channels, Pluto tv has "Only linear based fake tv" with dozens of "24/7 channels". They do not change out selections on a regular bases. Select handful of live tv channels like Buzzr and court TV, Cheeder news, DABL TV, Being sports extra. pluto TV has a okay selection of movies and tv shows mostly Viacom/CBS vult ( tho, do have a small selection of good ones from a few other brands like Miramax and a few more ) and shows like STNG star trek and Lavern and Shirley and mork and Mindy and Three's company. These 24/7 channels do not change out and that's for all linear based channels and including 24/7 except live tv, Like the ones I mentioned before. Good For those late night Saturday's and boring Sunday's PlutoTV recently just added CBS live news not necessarily live all the time this is called Hyper news. You have your Right wing news and left wing news a bit of a bore when wanting to catch up on local news and its right wing and left wing this and that practically all the time even on your "local news" For those hoping to get locals well got some bad news this isnt the app for you and no such luck in getting channels like PBS or Fox, NBC the CW or H and I network and other major local stations . Now for those who want locals your better off with a pair of rabbit ears! ( If it is possible ) Now for sports basically got old content that you probably done watch a dozen times over. No real live sports guys!! Dont hold your breath for next year super bowl!! except for college students if that's what your into college ball ( I'm not a sports fan so check that feature out on your own ) in my opinion don't cut out live subscription plan yet Pluto TV has a long way to go if they want to ("like their other cloned tv apps such as the Roku tv app and local now its all the same regirgitated "free content" ) if Pluto tv wants to be the alternative in bringing us live FREE TV. The way We had with antenna . see the way we watched tv with just a set of antena is over their are many ways to watch tv tho, some selection is well still a working progress. The future of watching TV is Streaming. They need to add more live Diginet channels and develop partnership with other live tv networks. Over all its a good app. Pluto TV needs to focus more on live broadcast channels. Entertainment channels would be great. As for the app itself minor glitches while watching on demand tv and loud commercails their EPG guide sticks and your back on home page of your TV also one last thing video quality is better then most local tv no 4k you will mostly get 720p or 1080p so if your looking for high quality premium tv your better off paying for it, nothing special here. We are entering in a age of online world news and tv. In a nut shell don't drop your paid subscription or rabbit ears yet. Not enough live tv or on demand content or local news stations that provides regular news not political mumbo jumbo!! I'm sure pluto tv will most likely ignoring their reviews as always.
