I wear an Orthonic with my left shoe so I have to be picky with the shoes I order. I have found the Saucony brand has a wider “toe box” and removable insole so this shoe fits the check box to a “T”. I wore the Cohesion 9 and absolutely loved the shoe, both the material and the fit. The Cohesion 10, not so much - they never “fit” right & the material was different. THIS shoe is the Cohesion 11 and it is perfect in every way. Right out of the box, I was able to wear this shoe with my orthonic and it fits perfectly. They have gone back to the material of the 9, which is great and the color combination is very pleasing. I absolutely love everything about this shoe. Thank you Saucony, for providing such a quality shoe at an affordable price
