I am a 25 years old mom (5'3 & 120lbs if that helps?) and I have ADHD, insomnia and dance/exercise a lot. My calcium sucks so I am like "hey might as well buy this." First I want to say I take 4 pills per day, not 6. (so you don't have to take 6). The pills are big but the taste is very tolerable. Reminds me of "nestle" the powdered milk. They look like they have a question mark on the pill which makes me laugh every time I take it. I have TERRIBLE sex drive. Like maybe 1 time per month? I'll be in the mood. I also wake up sooo tired in the mornings because I would only sleep 1-2 hours :( . SO, this is where these pills come in. OH, MY GOD, I swear, after only 3 days, I started getting crazy in the mood ;) if you know what i mean. I've also been urinating A LOT. I tried not drinking water all day to see if it was that. Nope. It's the pills. (Slightly annoying but hey, its a plus for my organs). I have not been as sleepy either (even though I still haven't slept), which is awesome. The only reason for 4 stars is because it's only been a week. I'll update it in a month! (I'll be back)
