My husband purchased this probiotic and it proved to be great because it helped me stabilize my mood and my episodes of night sweating and hot flashes are now gone. I'm not ashamed to be old but being old as a woman really has some cons that we can even do something to prevent it. It was that time for a woman like me to experience menopause. At the first day it was like Hell, it really felt hot and my mood swings were the worst. My night didn't feel well because I really felt sweaty even tho we had the AC on and I really felt irritated at everything.
