This is a very clever idea. I drive a 2010 Toyota Prius, and the mount fit very well into my CD slot. The magnet works great. I used the case style on my personal phone, and the adhesive style on my work phone. Both phones hold to the mount well without any slipping or twisting. The one issue everyone has with this mount, is the thumb screw that comes out the bottom. It tends to block some aspect of the dash on a lot of vehicles. You can see on the photo it blocks a small, yet annoying, portion of my LCD display. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal, but when using the car's Nav the screw does an excellent job of blocking the upcoming street names. The solution to this problem is a $0.97 bolt from you local hardware store. I used a M5 (x20), but I believe the actual bolt size is a standard 10-32 (x.75). Just unscrew the thumb screw, and replace it will the bolt. Now I have a clear view of the screen and am very happy with this mount.
