I've only had a few weeks, but so far so good. It can easily handle being disconnected when in the car & will reconnect without needing to be paired again when you get out of the car. It doesn't continuously disconnect itself while in use which is what I've found with others. It also has caller id, but only the number is identified. Better than nothing. the pairing is easy, but the instructions don't tell you the device name- T9. I had to go to a parking lot where no other devices were around.
