September 2016: Great Monitor! I was little hesitant at first because it's specs seemed a little lower than others, such as contrast ratio and response time. I'm an avid gamer who needed a new monitor right before college that wouldn't burn a hole in my pocket. Very happy with what I got. I also thought 21.5 was a little small for gaming, but it's pretty big in person and it'll definitely satisfy anyone who wants to watch movies or play games often. After about a months use, I've encountered no problem, and only see quality! Update October 2020: 4 years later, and the monitor is still doing great! I've had it through out college, and I've transitioned it to becoming my 2nd monitor about a year ago. Don't get me wrong though, if you are looking for a bang for your buck monitor, this does the job. The colors are great for videos, and the refresh rate is good for 1080p, 60 frames gaming. In all honesty, I never took special care of this monitor, and its held out for this long. I never handled it roughly though, but throughout the years, I've usually just left this monitor on overnight. From a full time student, and now working a 9-5 from home, this monitor has never let me down. For the price point and longevity, you just can't go wrong!
