For the last several months, I have used this product as part of a nootropic blend of supplements for my wife who has Alzheimer's. Although it might be wishful thinking at this stage of the game, it looks like my wife's condition is stabilizing. Not reversing, but stabilizing. "Stabilizing" may not appear to be a big deal to those not familiar with this pernicious disease, but for caregivers like me, this is a big deal -- in lieu of the continuous gradual decline. She is also using Donepezil, and Namenda XR 28 mg, so this gives you some idea that her initial memory issues extended further than just MCI (mild cognitive impairment). For those interested, my blend includes Lion's Mane, Astaxanthin, CDP Citicholine, Uridine, and Alpha GPC. The Alpha GPC (300 mg) is also a Double Wood product. I hesitate to give dosages, because each person's need will be different. Also, I can't really tell if it is mostly Uridine or GPC -- or the other products in unison -- that is the big contributor, but I give it five stars anyway due to the apparent results. Good luck!
