I started taking this brand of turmeric as a recommendation from a friend for my broken ankle. I immediately noticed an improvement in my pain and inflammation and by the end of my first bottle I didn't need any prescription or over the counter pain medications. I have been taking their turmeric now for several months and can't believe how great my ankle feels. Sports research sent me a free bottle of tart cherry which has been amazing as well.
