I don't use my Kindle Fire to play music, except for the music I have to learn each week for playing in church. The stock player on the KF is OKAY, but it doesn't easily play music in the download folder. I wanted an app that would play from my downloads folder without a bunch of wrangling, and this one does the job nicely. Used in conjunction with adobe reader & Planning Center Online, it is a great practicing tool for learning songs. I also use GoLauncher EX so the widget is a great bonus. As for the missing features others have mentioned, EQ, advanced playlist features, etc, these are not really issues for me, but I can see how they may be annoying for some users. To be honest, Software EQ profikes rarely make music sound better, a good pair of headphones is far more important. All in all an app that delivers exactly what it promises.
