I have a small toy poodle who decided to get into some raw chicken fat one day. He now is prone to an upset tummy. After a very expensive visit to the vet, he was put on a probiotic and pepcid. I was giving him a different probiotic, but it had some questionable ingredients (animal digest) so I switched to this one. These probiotic bites work really well for him. I suspect he might need them for a long time because he vomits if I forget to give them to him. I'm not sure if it's the enzymes or the probiotics that help, but I'm just happy he feels better. Plus he legitimately likes the way it tastes, so it's a win-win. He thinks he's getting a treat. Lastly, since he only has 5 teeth, I like that these are soft and crumble easily. I don't have to worry about him choking on them.
