Baby loves these when she's in teething pain. We have two. She doesn't really use it as a pacifier, more as a toy to bite down on. My baby does love pacifiers, by the way (she only takes the MAM brand). It seems to provide some relief...better than other toys at higher price points. I was sad to find these so late in the teething game- it would have saved me a lot of wasted money on inferior products.
