A product came in a compact compressed and sealed package and I thought I purchased a too small product for myself. Opened the package and assembled and let it sit for 10min and it restored back to it's regular size and shape and I'm pleased with it's size. I would've given it a 5 stars if the strap adjust would work for my chair. My office chair back is roughly about 16 to 17 inches width and the strap was little too long to fit and stay in place. So I had to use one of a safety pin and adjust to fitted length. Original strap adjuster didn't work properly. Main reason for my purchase of this product was my shoulder and neck pain due to excessive long hours of sitting on the chair for my work, normally 10-12 hours of sitting and working on a project regular basis. I've noticed my posture while I sit in during my work was due to lack of support on my back and I've suffered from forwarded head with chronic pain on my neck and shoulder constantly. I've been using it for 7 days for now, I can feel my pain is eased down a little. I was told my sitting posture is improved due to this product support. Happy with the purchase.
