Purchased April 22, 2020. Initially I was delighted with the unit. Easy to assemble, started on the very first pull, quite powerful. June 18th, I started to clean my pool enclosure, this was my third use of the machine. About 45 minutes into the process, it stopped abruptly. Oil and fuel were good. Attempts to restart were futile, I can barely get the motor to turn over, I believe it may be seized. I am currently attempting to contact a Westinghouse service agency for warranty repair. I will update this review when it is repaired. Updated information! It appears my unit may simply have overheated. After the machine sat for a few hours, it started up on the first pull. This leads me to believe that the engine is tight and simply requires adequate break-in time. The outdoor temperature was over 90, it was sitting in the sun and had run continuously for 45 - 50 minutes. It works great but I would recommend letting it cool down rather than running continuously in hot weather.
