This is one of the best back support braces I have ever worn. I have severe back pain and back issues due to a car accident that I was in and it has left my back really messed up and I don't have the insurance at this time to deal with it but this back brace has been wonderful helping me to where it does ease some of the pain and I am able to move around more. I like how it has the metal braces in the back to where it helps your posture and it helps you when you're standing up as well as when you're sitting down to keep that same posture. Also from the sizing chart typically I would wear an XXL but this one is an XL and it fits me perfectly so for me the size runs a bit big.
