Great product. I used to own a sandwich shop and this is exactly a (slightly) smaller version of the $5000 commercial slicer I had there. All sturdy metal parts....no cheap plastic like other home slicers. Easily slices meat and cheese as thin as you want it. In addition, I had a great experience with their customer service. After having it for only a couple days, I stupidly ran the center plate through the dishwasher (don't do that). Of course, it completely oxidized the chrome finish. Still functional, but I was pretty bummed that I mucked up my brand new slicer. So I emailed Beswood to see if I could buy a replacement piece. They quickly responded that they would happily send me one for free! Above and beyond in my opinion.
