I love this printer. I was a little skeptical at first while shopping for a printer since this seems to be a new brand and the Dymo has so many more reviews. But we decided to go with this one and we're very happy. The fact that you can use almost any size label with it is what sold us. Also, if we start using UPS, we can get free labels. We've had it for 3 weeks and have had one, minor, correctable issue... The only downside I see is that you should probably get the label roll holder with it (or it should be offered on Amazon). We did see a minor issue with the labels not coming out clear every now and then, but it was only a short, horizontal section of the label (about as wide as the person's name), but the rest of the label was perfect. At first, I thought it was the printer performing poorly, or it being dirty, but it didn't make sense that just one strip was bad and then the rest was good. I believe the issue is with not having the label holder and having the roll just sit behind the printer and roll as it's pulled through the machine. When friction wins and the wheel has to pull a tiny bit harder, the change in tension was creating the mis-labeling issue. As soon as I picked the roll up off the table behind the printer and used a pencil to let it rotate around (holding it like a kite spindle), the problem went away. So...order their label roll holder when you get this if you plan on using the label rolls. You can get it from their website ($20).
