I am a sucker for finding a good deal. I have needed a steam cleaner for awhile and always come to Amazon to read the reviews. It definitely influences whether I purchase a product or not. I have used the Pet Bissell Product and was unhappy with it. this product however, is great! It was less than $100 too. It does not have attachments nor do I believe it has the ability to have them added, but I am fine with that as I prefer a smaller handheld to get small spills than lugging out the big guy. This is rather light and easy to use. I love that they combine the liquid and water into one bucket. The other product I owned had two separate and seemed to leak. I was able to get 5 full buckets out of the little sample cleaner bottle they sent with it, so a regular sized 2x bottle should last a good bit! easy to assemble and does a great job. I had my BerBer carpets professionally cleaned last spring and have recently potty trained two puppies back to back so wanted to wait until they were done to get the floors cleaned again and I believe this product did just as good for half the price I paid for the professional. Even my low pile rug I cleaned became vibrant again. My dog is a digger and this rug was filthy as it was at the back door where he came in and dumped his mud, but Oh my, it looks brand new and even better than when I bought it! Very Pleased! --I don't believe its meant to be used on SHAG. I attempted to use it on an area rug and while i picked up a good amount of dirt, it seems to make a high pitched noise in the brushes so I think the shag gets caught.
