We just got this today so I will update if any issues come up in the future, but as of now we all LOVE IT! This thing is massive! It's a huge comfortable ottoman in a great neutral color. The fabric is soft and seem durable, my 4 year old already got a smear of something on it and it wiped right off with a baby wipe. It seems to be great quality and delivery was fine, no issues. It actually came several days early ( we opted for porch drop off so that might be why, We didn't schedule a time) Two thumbs way up so far! Edit: still love it! It’s held up to 2 dogs and 2 kids plus my husband and I always fighting over who gets to sit in the good place on the sofa. It still looks as good as the day we got it. Anything that has gotten on it cleans right off. We seriously love it!
