Takes me about 3 hours to straighten my hair; a CHI straightener takes about 15 minutes. Don't waste your money. UPDATE: Since posting this review, the company has gone through exhaustive lengths to contact me to let me know that they're under new management, and to find out how to make this right. They refunded my full purchase price, AND sent me a brand new, full size flat iron, curling iron, and argan oil hair product -- all of which have met my expectations. Thank you, HSI for the outstanding customer service. I would absolutely recommend buying from this seller.
