I bought this because it came highly recommended from Mike Ranger from natural news website.First off Im 49 year old female After taking it for 6 weeks, 2 a day I noticed 3 things. My face skin tightened up and my folds on my sides of mouth improved incredibly my brown age spots on my face have faded. Second I use reader glasses and been using a 175 strength now Im using 150 and I can see better at night can even now read the computer with out glasses. Third, my knee joints don't hurt any more at all. So Im very Impressed with this stuff.
