I get my acrylics done professionally but love to do my own polish. This was my first time doing chrome myself, and this powder preformed professionally! Ill keep this quick on what I did (in case you care). ***ITS CRUCIAL YOUR NAILS ARE VERY SMOOTH WITH NO BUMPS OR DIPS. They'll be very magnified with chrome :-) I applied 2 thin coats of black gel polish. Then a NO WIPE (100% necessary) top coat and let it cure. Then I dipped the applicator it comes with into the powder (small amount) and gently rubbed. It's easy to do. Then one more no wipe top coat! I paid $40 for gel and chrome at the nail salon.. This is definitely the way to go! Also, endless looks with different colors underneath. The powder gives a purple & green chrome effect.
