Definitely Raw, Passed the Sprouting Test
I received the almonds the other day and decided to do a sprouting test, after seeing some reviewers comment that these almonds were not in fact sproutable. I left them in water at room temperature for about 15 hours, then put them in the fridge for 8 hours (because I had read that they need to be kept at a lower temperature in order to sprout), then took them out and kept them at room temperature for another 8 hours. After that I removed the skins by hand before making almond milk. The result: every single almond had beautiful little sprouts! Here are a few pictures.
