First let me start by saying this is a BEAUTIFULLY designed and luxurious dog liner for the back seat! I spent a good week researching all different manufactures and reviews about the pluses and minuses and THIS IS ALL (A+++) I ordered this and decided to mention that mine had a slight manufacturing defect. Nothing to serious. It happens with everyrhing in life. Nevertheless i got a response in 3 MINUETS!!!! I sent pictures of the mistake and spoke to "Jim" who I believe is the owner and wow, he's sending me out a full replacement and no hassle all! I sent him pictures around midnight and "BAM" in 10 min he's packaging a new one up!!!! This is customer satisfaction at its highest level. I wish I could say I'm a customer for life, but the "seat protecter" is so well made I don't think I'd go though a lot in a life time! But I will definitely tell everyone who I know that has a dog to buy this!! Save yourself the guessing game! Buy right the first time!!! 1 INCREDIBLY HAPPY CUSTOMER :)
