Pediatric RN. Bought these to donate for comfort of babies who cannot be held. We put them in zip lock bags and run them almost nonstop. They last about 24-36 hours before batteries need to be changed. The comfort it brings these babies has reduced agitation and medications needed to keep them calm while intubated or on pressure support. Only wish the cover was plastic so we didnt have to worry so much about keeping them clean between patient use.
