I was tired of having my skillets stacked in mayhem in drawers. I purchased the organizer to use in my pantry. I have heavy skillets so the organizer worked better for me by turning it on its side and using horizontally. The weight of the skillets helps keep it in place, so I haven't bothered with screwing the rack in place (which if I planned on doing would probably take me years to get around to). I liked the organizer so well, I bought a second one for my non-stick pans. Oddly the second one, which is supposed to be identical, is smaller in the base. I ty-wrapped the two together, and it works even though they're slightly different sizes, as you can see at the bottom of the photo. The frustration of unloading drawers every time I needed is a certain skillet is over. The skillets are easy to grab now without moving anything. Solving the small problems in life is satisfying. UPDATE: Marie, a representative of Extreme Matters contacted me and apologized for the differences in the two units I purchased (I'd received an older model and the updated new model). She made arrangements to send me a matching unit and allowed me to keep the the older model. I appreciate great customer service and have adjusted my rating accordingly.
