Great Pair of Shoes to Get You Through Any Run!
I bought a pair of Asics Noosa Tri 10’s this past summer for my first ever half-marathon. I never thought I would appreciate a running shoe before, but these Asics Noosa Tri 10’s are incredible! Just the perfect all-around shoe based on such things as weight, appearance, and overall comfortability. They work for working out at the gym, to a quick trail jog with your dog, to a full fledged runner training for a half marathon. ♣ Extremely light weight – Their lightweight construction absorbs a lot of the impact I would feel in my other shoes after running more than 4 miles. This seriously helped with the pain I sometimes feel in my weak ankle. When buying these I was really worried because of how bare thin and lightweight the inside sole was that they would not have much cushion however, afterwards I realized I felt like I was running on light soft pillows. ♣ Appearance – These shoes are so colourful; they get tons of compliments! I bought the “Flash Yellow/Turquoise/Flash Pink” combination, because of all the colour they match everything. ♣ Comfortability – These shoes are made to be comfortable, they took no time to break in. My feet can breathe due to the mesh material. This mesh front is pure genius; it feels like the shoes shape themselves to your feet! I also noticing while running through a puddle that because it is more breathable my feet weren’t waterlogged enough to cause blistering. This also meant my feet wouldn’t sweat as much which eliminated blisters. Also if you need arch support, there is a definite curve in the sole to help with that! ♣ Size – A general rule of thumb about running shoes is you actually want to order a half size larger than you would expect. The same rule applies for these Asics. This allows your feet to breathe versus being cramped. ♣ Quality – I have already run over 100 miles in these shoes and see no sign of wear and tear, they are definitely going to last! ♣ Cost – Considering the huge difference in my experience running in $30 shoes to these $90 there is no doubt that the cost is worth it. I am recommending this shoe to everyone whether you run for miles and miles or need a comfortable shoe for your active lifestyle. Can’t thank Asics enough! Feel free to comment on my review if you have any questions.
