First thing I can say is that the fit on the chart is probably correct. My mistake was reading all the reviews that people were saying order a size larger. I am 5'4" and 140 lbs. I should have got a medium like the chart says but instead ordered a large based on all the reviews. These are long underwear people...they go under your clothes. They are supposed to fit close to the body and not loose as hell. A large was definitely to big for me. And the sleeves? People were correct about the sleeves. Unless you have arms as long as an ape and forearms as big as your calves...these sleeves are HUGE! I got these to fit under clothes for skiing and they are definitely too big. A medium would have been fine as the chart says I should have got. They are super soft inside and will be fine as pajamas but I wanted long underwear not pajamas. Again not the fault of the company but my fault for reading the reviews. Although the company can do to make these sleeves a little more proportioned because they are crazy big.
