I have lived with a soft water system for the last 7 years but when we started living in another house, we noticed how terrible the water is here! I was able to install the filter by myself with the easy instructions! I wanted to wait a little bit so that I had time to use before writing a review and I really enjoy being able to get out of the shower and being able to tell right away that my skin is NOT dried out! The filter works perfectly. I would have to say I love it so far!
