I need headphones that I can sleep in comfortably to block out my neighbors' noisy AC units and my travel buddy's snoring. I sleep on my side and can wear only one standard earphone comfortably, using the pillow to muffle the noise in the other ear. I liked the concept of flat earphones in a headband. I also liked that this product was Lycra, not a fleece product which I knew would be too hot for me. This product was a little too large for my head, and I had problems keeping the earphones over my ears. I inserted an elastic headband (see photo) into the channel where the earphones are. This added enough elasticity that the sleep headphones fit perfectly. These are not noise-cancelling headphones. I have two pairs of those, but they are impossible to wear while sleeping on my side. However playing sleep-inducing music through the CozyPhones enables me to "tune out" the distractions so that I can fall asleep. The headphones are not hi-fidelity, but I'm not awake long enough to care.
