I love this app. The idea is to be able to color digitally without needing any paper or other supplies, yet be able to give your artistic skills free reign. There are many categories from which to choose. Currently, there is Florals, Animals, Famous (such as Van Gogh's Starry Night), Messages (like Thank You, I Miss You, Happy Birthday etc), Cats, Gardens, Patterns, Mandalas, Oriental, Exotic, Places, Special Dates, Weekly Volumes, and Create (make your own coloring sheet by taking a photo of something). More topics are added pretty often. Some of these sections are free. Some you must pay for. There is a zoom feature which comes in handy to color in those tiny spaces. Every day you vote on a small color palette which you can use the next day for free. Of course the best thing about digital coloring is if you make a mistake or you decide you don't like what you did, it is very easy to undo and change it. To subscribe and get the premium pictures it is currently $7.99 a month or $39.99 a year. You can get a free trial. If you use the free trial feature it will last for 7 days after which you will be charged $2.99 on a "7-day basis". I have not done this, but it seems like it would be $2.99/week which is more costly than just paying $7.99/mo. With regards to color, there are some free palettes and there are others you must pay for. If you subscribe, my understanding is that you get all palettes and volumes but I've not done this so I can't verify it. You can add a filter to your finished picture and you can share your finished pictures on Facebook, Twitter, in a text message or email. Your pictures are saved in "My works". You can continue working on a picture you have started in another session or you can start over. You can also duplicate your picture and color it differently. I tried the create your own picture option and found it hard to find something which worked well enough to color. The thing that worked best was a line drawing created by my daughter. Note that you can only do one original drawing per day for free. Overall, this is my favorite digital coloring app. Even only using the free things, I have plenty to color.
