If you’re looking for a red *satin* (not silk) pair of sheets these are the ones and they’re beautiful. I’ve ordered others that claimed to be “satin” and were just silk sheets which I’m not a fan of even though the difference is minuscule but these blow silk red sheets out of the water. The sheets have more of a matte/satin look to them versus the metallic look silk sheets have and they’re astonishing, camera won’t do a justice to capture the hues and lights and darks this color and material gives off. It’s like looking at a rose petal. The bright reds and dark reds the color gives off is mesmerizing just like a rose. The package did come earlier at around noon and I wasn’t able to bring them inside from my porch until about 4:45pm which I’m assuming resulted in the weird smell from sitting in the sun but a wash got rid of it. The sheets also were very wrinkled from the folding in the packaging but that’s nothing major or unexpected. The sheets aren’t the most comfortable but they’re not uncomfortable by any means, they feeling is a little more coarse because of the satin material but it’s nothing deal breaking just don’t expect them to feel as smooth and silky or as soft as other sheets that are silk or cotton. I wished this brand carried pillow covers also because I know this same color and material is going to be hard to find. I just pray at the very least they don’t stop making these, if one day years from now the color and material fades I’m going to definitely want to order more.
