This book was not what I expected, but it’s great and what I was looking for- a book to promote anti racism to read to my child. Other reviews mention that some of the concepts in this book can be hard for little ones to follow, requiring explanation etc. but isn’t that the point? I think exposing them young to what policies are etc. is important, and also not that hard to explain. Esp in the world they are growing up in/ we’re living in. I think everyone would benefit from reading it!
