To start off, I’m 6’1 and weigh around 215lbs. I used to lift regularly and multiple times throughout the week before the pandemic hit. It took me around 1-2 hours to assemble this because I wanted to make sure that every screw was 100% secured. And that double wrenching to screw nails is a pain in the butt for me. I attached a picture of some minor scraping to the metal piece I have received. I’m not going to be butthurt over it, though. Anyways, the equipment works great. There are minor stability issues with the pullups when you’re using the highest height it could go to. As in, it is kind of wobbly but it feels secure. Same thing goes for the dips. Doing abs on this is also pretty good but I wish the seat was adjustable. The last section, pushups grips, felt really good and secure. Overall, pretty dang satisfied with this equipment and looking to rebuild my lost muscles :)
