Works great but man is this stuff expensive. You can't put a price on getting better right? Well apparently these guys can. It really helped me through a tennis elbow bout. Tried several other topical remedies including DSMO and BIoFreeze, but they were like slingshots in a nucelar war. This was the Multiple Warhead Delivery Vehicle needed for said nuclear war. But I feel like I paid 80's era Reagan defense spending prices for this stuff too. I would use it more frequently for other ailments, but I would need to rob a bank, so no. But great product. Use it if you need to, then switch back to the cheaper stuff that works on the more minor ailments. 4oz will not last you very long. It goes fast.
