What a great product this is! My printer stopped printing because the ink jet’s were clogged. I did not even know what that meant but I went on Google to find out how to fix it. I ordered this product to clean the inkjets and it worked great. I was ready to buy a new printer but by using this product And following the instructions in just started working again. Because my inkjets were all clogged I had to order a second one because I needed the extra liquid to clean them. I was very impressed with the detailed instructions which normally you do not get and the printer is working great!If I run into this problem again I will order this product.
