I purchased this wheelchair for my 12 year old German Shepherd who has degenerative myelopathy. I have had it for about 2 1/2 weeks now and she absolutely loves it and so do I! This product is a cheaper option in comparison to other wheelchairs I found online, but definitely not cheaply made. A lot of people on here were complaining about the instructions lacking, but my package came with a packet full of very detailed instructions and my boyfriend had it put together in about an hour. Obviously it took some trial and error with the straps and what not to fit our dog pefectly, but after about 4 days of adjustments, and airing up the tires, tightening some bolts, she was on the move! I haven't seen her this happy in months! Her bottom half is almost completely dead weight, and she balances in the wheelchair perfectly. I was never happier than the other morning when she ran into the front yard (that she never goes to) to follow the neighbor's cat (they are best friends now) into their front yard and she started trying to wheel her way up their front porch stairs! I am a dog trainer and I highly recommend this products for anyone in a similar situation like ours (not super rich, but love your dog more than anything in the world). We purchased the 4 year protection plan as well! I hope this review helps future puppers, doggos and woofers around the world.
