So most the time I don't do reviews but today I truly was impress with this seller. They sent me a text message to ensure everything was okay with my order. When I told them I loved it but was upset it only had one key fob they offered to send me one. I let them know I have no problem paying for more since it was clear it only came with one but was unable to find them on Amazon they quickly had it added and sent me a link. So when it comes to customer support they are great. Thank you so much for adding the fobs to amazon I'm about to buy more now. Now to the door lock, I love it!! It was super simple to install I got home from work at 10pm and had it done by 10:10pm. Took around 15 mins to setup the app and add the codes and finger prints and key fob. I will 100% be buying more from them. That app is really nice and super easy to use. Your able to send a one time code, delete codes and even unlock remotely using the gateway. During setup the door started to talk and guide me on what I needed to do. I am truly a happy customer with both the product and the seller.
