I’m pretty sure this is my first amazon review, but I need to spread the word about this cookbook. I’m a home cook, kitchen appliance obsessed foodie and just recently stumbled upon Megan’s blog. I got my instant pot back in June and while I love it, I struggled finding healthy, clean recipes for it. So, when I saw Megan’s posts I figured - what the heck, just order it. I had such a hard time deciding what to make when I received it because everything looks so good.i made the BBQ chicken earlier in the week and the “burger” salad tonight. They were both AMAZING and so healthy. Next up is the broccoli soup and I know it won’t disappoint. Thank you, Megan!
