I have had sleep problems for years took ambiem had flashback dreams took lunesta and if you dont get 6 hours of sleep you feel bad the whole next day. The first night using the patch I slept for 8 hours and i can not tell ya how long its been since i got that much sleep. I even wake up in a good mood which shocked my husband lol, I seen a review about sticky residue I dont have that problem but the review about not taking a laxitive is true I would not if i were you. If you are lacking sleep give this a try you will not regret it!!!
