Got the Large. They're very comfortable, doesn't tug on my black man nose - they're basically 5 colors of masks (I think 2 masks are navy unless i'm colorblind), in case you want to be fashionable. 𝑸: Is there enough fabric or a filter that makes it equivocal to those homemade 3M filter masks? nope. 𝑯𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓, if you had a match in front you couldn't blow it out... It's thick enough between the two layers that if you're not a terrified person that you can feel confident if someone coughed nearby that you're okay. I had one of those homemade masks from a nurse - this mask is far more comfortable. doesn't tug down on my nose like the N95 - and it fully covers my beard. 𝑨𝑳𝑺𝑶 - One good thing I discovered is it has an opening between the two layers, along the side, if you want to add a filter to make it almost medical grade...or just insert the cleaning cloth from your glasses and boom! easy filter.
