Great stethoscope for the price! I'm an RN and I work in ICU. I've had expensive Littmann's (several) in the past and I have either lost them or they have "come up missing!" I got tired of spending tons of money on them so I searched for what I thought would be a decent stethoscope when I came across this one. And let me just tell you, I'm glad I did! Works great. Honestly, I don't notice any real difference from my $100 Littmann ☺
