Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I reached out to Wise Owl Outfitters (WOO) right after placing my order in regards to the mixed reviews of people stating instead of straps, they received rope instead... WOO confirmed they are shipping them with straps and insisted my order would arrive with straps, and if not to reach out to them and they will send me some. That was good to hear. So for everyone questioning if they come with straps, as of this review date 3/24/2019 they DO come with straps. i was able to set it up yesterday and found a couple trees i thought were far enough away, but rather thick, so i didn't have my slack left in the straps so had to include some paracord. The paracord stretched quite a bit so after the initial setup i realized i needed to leave much less slack in the paracord. Once i did that i was able to get in and try it out. This is my first hammock, so i have nothing to compare it to, but this WOO met all my expectations! Can't wait until it gets a little nicer out to get in it more :)
