My 8 month old puppy is a hound and Pit mix, so he has plenty of energy, especially in the evenings. He weighs a little over 40 lb so we give him one, and if still not calming down, we give him a second one an hour later. He sleeps like a baby! He loves the taste of his night time treats, plus they help him settle in better at night. I highly recommend these, especially for dogs such as ours that get disturbed by every little sound!
